Common Questions

What is 95th percentile billing?

We sample your bandwidth usage every 5 minutes throughout the billing period. The top 5% of samples are discarded, and you're billed on the 95th percentile — the highest remaining sample. This allows for short traffic bursts without impacting your bill.

Can I bring my own IP space?

Yes. We support customer-owned PI (Provider Independent) address space. We'll announce your prefixes via BGP and provide LOA documentation for your RIR records. RPKI ROA signing is available for your prefixes.

What BGP communities do you support?

We support standard, extended, and large BGP communities for traffic engineering. This includes local preference adjustments, AS-path prepending, blackhole routing (RTBH), no-export, and regional traffic steering.

How quickly can a new port be provisioned?

1 GbE and 10 GbE ports are typically provisioned within 24-48 hours. 100 GbE ports may require 5-7 business days depending on cross-connect availability at your facility.
